shared purpose: brewing great experiences for generations to come. Through

our commitment to sustainability and forming strong partnerships, we're helping

to protect the people, places and communities that make our region special.

 We're looking for a Sustainability

Manager to take ownership and leadership of Crafting a Brighter

Future, our company wide sustainability strategy which has been central to how

we do business since its launch last year.

If you're passionate about

turning strategy into action, influencing people at every level of an

organisation, and using sustainability to create business, environmental and

social value, we'd love to hear from you.

 What You'll Be Doing

·       Leading the

delivery and ongoing development of Crafting a Brighter Future, our

sustainability strategy.

·       Driving engagement

across the business, ensuring sustainability is embedded into day-to-day

operations and long-term planning.

·       Managing

sustainability reporting, data collection and compliance

requirements, including annual reporting and carbon disclosures.

·       Monitoring

performance against agreed ESG and sustainability targets and providing regular

updates to leadership and the Board.

·       Working alongside

business teams to identify opportunities for improvement and

innovation.

·       Supporting risk

management by identifying sustainability related

risks, trends and emerging legislation.

·       Acting as the

internal subject matter expert for sustainability and ESG matters.

·       Delivering

training, awareness programmes and communications that build understanding and

inspire action.

·       Managing

sustainability events, awards and industry submissions to enhance our

profile and reputation.

·       Working with

colleagues, suppliers and business partners to drive positive

environmental and social impact across our value chain.

·

Leading ESG reporting and compliance while influencing and

engaging stakeholders at all levels.

·

Building capability, helping colleagues understand their

role, and inspiring action towards net zero ambitions and wider sustainability

goals.

·

Confidently communicating sustainability progress and

achievements internally and externally.

·

A custodian of the sustainability story, strengthening

reputation as a responsible business.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys

bringing people together around a shared purpose. You're comfortable

influencing senior stakeholders, but equally happy rolling up your sleeves to

work alongside operational teams to make things happen.

·       Experience in

sustainability, ESG or responsible business, either in house or

consultancy.

·       A strong

understanding of sustainability frameworks, reporting requirements and best

practice.

·       Experience

collecting, analysing and interpreting data to drive decision making.

·       Excellent

communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

·       The ability to

influence and challenge constructively at all levels of an organisation.
