There's

– we're expanding our brewing and packaging teams to support this exciting
period of growth.
As Brewing Shift Lead, you will ensure that all brewing
activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to our exacting quality
standards. You'll play a central role in maintaining smooth operations within
our fast-paced production environment, championing Health & Safety, HACCP,
quality, communication, and continuous improvement.
This varied and rewarding role offers the opportunity to
develop and apply your technical brewing skills across the full production
cycle, including fermentation, centrifugation, and filtration. You will work
closely with Packaging, Quality, and Engineering teams, supplying finished beer
for cask, keg, and bottle.
It is important that any potential candidates are able to
commit to the shift-based nature of this role, as you will be required you to
work a three-shift pattern: 6am to 2.30pm, 2pm to 10.30pm, and 10pm to 6.30am.
You will also be required to work a short weekend rota (paid at time and a
half).
About You:

Solid knowledge of brewing, fermentation, and
beer processing, gained through brewery production experience.

Strong and confident communication skills.
·
Practical problem-solving ability and sound
decision-making.
·
Desire to learn, develop, and support progression
and continuous improvement.
·
Positive, enthusiastic and hands-on approach to
leading and completing tasks.
·
Flexible and collaborative leadership style.
·
Comfortable working all of the 3 shift patterns,
including nights, from Sunday 10pm to Friday 10:30pm on a weekly rotation.

Institute of Brewing qualifications (or
equivalent).
