What you'll be doing
As a Primary Teacher, you'll inspire young learners by delivering engaging lessons that encourage confidence, curiosity and achievement. Depending on your experience and preferences, you'll have opportunities to work across the Foundation Phase, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Delivering high-quality lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales
• Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Adapting learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Assessing progress and supporting pupils to reach their full potential
• Building positive relationships with pupils, school staff and parents
We're looking for teachers who have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within primary education (NQTs are encouraged to apply)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A positive and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best
