- Providing targeted support and guidance to students, both individually and in small groups
- Assisting teachers in lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Monitoring and recording student progress, providing feedback to teachers
- Supporting with the implementation of Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
- Contributing to extracurricular activities and enrichment programmes
- A recognised teaching or educational qualification, such as a degree or diploma in Education or a related field
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
