As a Frozen Pond Assistant, you will help deliver one of LaplandUK’s most memorable guest experiences by supporting the safe and enjoyable operation of Father Christmas’ Frozen Pond. You’ll welcome guests, assist with ice skating activities, manage skate distribution and help ensure every visitor feels confident and looked after, regardless of their age or ability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with guests, creating magical moments and maintaining a safe, fun and welcoming environment.
