LaplandUK is an award-winning immersive theatrical experience based on the original stories The Untold Story of Father Christmas and The Secrets of the Christmas Elves by Mike & Alison Battle. For over 17 years, we have been creating unforgettable Christmas experiences through magical storytelling, spectacular sets and exceptional guest service.
As a Guide, you will be at the heart of the LaplandUK experience, helping families create memories they will treasure forever. You will be one of the first points of contact for guests, welcoming them into our magical world, guiding them through the experience and ensuring every moment feels smooth, safe and full of wonder. This role is perfect for friendly, confident individuals who enjoy working with people, delivering outstanding service and being part of an immersive theatrical environment.
