As a Compass Lobby Check-In Elf, you will be part of the final stage of preparation before families meet Father Christmas. You’ll provide a warm and reassuring welcome, help confirm important guest details and guide families through this special moment with care, accuracy and a touch of Lapland magic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and helping families feel relaxed, excited and ready for their magical journey.
