Pay: £14.00 per hour + holiday pay

For over 17 years, LaplandUK has been creating unforgettable Christmas experiences through immersive storytelling, spectacular sets and exceptional guest service. Each year, our teams help bring the magic of Christmas to life, creating moments that families will treasure forever.

As a Guide, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, helping families navigate their journey through our magical world. You’ll welcome guests, provide guidance and support throughout their visit, answer questions and help ensure every moment runs smoothly. Working closely with performance and operational teams, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the flow of the experience while bringing warmth, enthusiasm and a touch of Lapland magic to every interaction.
