Summary
OUT OF SCHOOL CHILDCARE & EDUCATION PRACTITIONER
16 hours/week – Monday to Thursday
Salary up to £11,254.35/annum based on 16 hours per week depending on qualification
We are looking for someone with experience working with primary school aged children who can bring energy, creativity and professionalism to our out of school care team. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, deliver and evaluate high‑quality experiences that support children’s learning, wellbeing and enjoyment.
As a Practitioner, you will play an important role in the daytoday running of our services. You will help shape a positive environment by recognizing and responding to children’s individual needs, supporting their development, and ensuring their voices are heard. You will also contribute to the leadership of the team by guiding and overseeing the work of others when required.
We are seeking someone who can create safe, stimulating and engaging spaces where children can explore, play and grow. You will be confident taking responsibility for groups of children both within the service and on outings, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
