Summary
We are looking for calm, resourceful, and energetic individuals to join our friendly team as a Waking Night Support Worker in Barrow-in-Furness. You will be providing person-centred care to individuals with Autism, and learning disabilities, supporting them to take part in all aspects of everyday life, and enjoy a wide range of activities.
You must be willing to actively embrace all aspects of the role including support with personal care and domestic tasks as well as community activities such as walking, swimming and going to the gym. The ability to support people who can express their needs though challenging behaviour at times is essential.
