Bank Opportunities Available

We are currently recruiting for:

• Care Assistant

• Kitchen Assistant

• Domestic & Laundry Assistant

Bank work offers a flexible, zero-hours arrangement, providing shifts to cover annual leave, training, sickness, and other staffing requirements. It's an ideal opportunity if you're looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle.

What you’ll be doing:

Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our residents to live comfortably, safely, and with dignity by:

• Providing person-centred care.

• Supporting residents with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily living activities.

• Observing and reporting changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour.

• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.

• Working as part of a caring, supportive, and dedicated team.

Kitchen Assistant

Working alongside our Cooks, you'll help ensure residents enjoy nutritious meals in a clean and safe environment by:

• Assisting with food preparation and meal service.

• Maintaining accurate records of food temperatures, supplies, and cleaning schedules.

• Ensuring kitchen and dining areas meet Health & Safety and food hygiene standards.

• Keeping kitchen equipment clean, safe, and well maintained.

Domestic & Laundry Assistant

You'll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents by:

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to a high standard.

• Using the correct cleaning products and following COSHH guidance.

• Adhering to infection prevention, health and safety, and waste disposal procedures.

• Washing, drying, and caring for residents' clothing, bedding, and towels.

• Keeping the laundry room, washers, dryers, lint trays, vents, and floors clean and tidy.
