The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Airtime Administrator to join a global leader within the satellite communications industry.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with numbers, administration and technology. You'll receive full training while supporting the Airtime team with billing, provisioning and customer administration, gaining exposure to a wide range of satellite communication services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Airtime team with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Learn and understand satellite communication products and associated billing processes.
- Process service activations, deactivations and package amendments.
- Assist with monthly billing activities and invoice validation.
- Maintain accurate customer account information across internal systems.
- Monitor and resolve provisioning and billing issues.
- Perform regular system housekeeping checks and identify processing errors.
- Manage support tickets through to successful resolution.
- Process prepaid voucher sales and associated administration.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requests are completed accurately and on time.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
