Responsibilities
Lead and manage enforcement activities related to facilities and environmental compliance projects.
Develop and implement enforcement policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with relevant environmental and safety laws.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address non-compliance issues and facilitate corrective actions.
Provide expert advice and support on regulatory matters related to environmental protection and facilities management.
Prepare detailed reports, case files, and documentation for enforcement proceedings.
Coordinate with legal teams and participate in prosecution or litigation related to enforcement cases.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enforcement programs and recommend improvements.
Organize and participate in training sessions to enhance team capabilities and public awareness.
