Responsibilities
Manage the allocation process by assessing housing applications against eligibility criteria and priorities.
Verify the accuracy and authenticity of applicant information and supporting documentation.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all housing allocations and verifications.
Liaise with internal departments, local authorities, and external agencies to facilitate coordinated housing services.
Ensure compliance with relevant housing policies, regulations, and data protection standards.
Provide clear and timely communication to applicants regarding the status of their housing applications.
Prepare reports and statistical data relating to allocations and verifications for management review.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
