As a SEND Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils, creating a positive and inclusive classroom where every learner can succeed.

Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, school leaders, and external professionals, you'll support pupils both academically and emotionally while helping them overcome barriers to learning.

- Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs

- Support pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and a range of complex learning profiles

- Create a structured, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where appropriate

- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external agencies to provide the best possible support

- Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and engagement with learning

We're looking for a compassionate and adaptable teacher who is passionate about helping every learner achieve their full potential.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

- Experience teaching within a SEND or specialist education setting

- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

- A flexible, patient, and child-centred approach

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- A commitment to inclusive education and delivering positive outcomes for every pupil

- Competitive daily rates of pay

- Long-term opportunities with the potential for career progression

- Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant

- Access to continuing professional development (CPD)

- Opportunities to work across a wide network of schools and specialist settings

- A supportive recruitment team committed to helping you find the right role

If you're looking for your next rewarding opportunity in SEND education and are ready to make a real difference to the lives of young people, we'd love to hear from you.
