Job description
Our Business Continuity Resilience Officer sits at the heart of the Workplace Operations Gateway Team, driving resilience and business improvement across Estates.
The role champions business continuity and incident management, coordinating the Bronze Business Continuity Exercise Programme, overseeing assurance reviews, and ensuring lessons learned are embedded for continuous improvement.
Key tasks include: -
Oversee logistics for business continuity exercises
Monitor and track actions across all regions
Produce concise reports for the Senior Leadership Team
Standardise documentation to ensure consistency and assurance
Additional Information
You must either hold, or be prepared to obtain, a CMI Level 3 qualification in Principles of Management and Leadership within 24 months of starting the role. We will place you on the course which you must achieve the passing grade for.
Please note that as this is an essential requirement, failure to meet this criterion may result in your role within the department being discontinued.
