Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable dealership in Northallerton, North Yorkshire. This Vehicle Technician opportunity offers excellent career progression within a well-established, secure company with a supportive management team.

Benefits:

- Competitive basic salary of up to £38,000, dependant on experience

- OTE of approximately £45,000

- Service Technicians can earn up to £35,000 plus bonus

- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

- Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

- No more than 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models

- Conduct vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer standards

- Perform comprehensive diagnostic checks

- Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and faults

- Complete work in compliance with DVSA standards

- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support

- Maintain accurate documentation of work undertaken

- Ensure workshop safety standards are upheld

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

- Level 3 (or equivalent) automotive qualification

- Full UK driving licence

- Own set of tools

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership environment

- Ability to work efficiently and to deadlines

- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
