Vehicle Technician Vacancy in Northallerton

Our reputable automotive client in Northallerton is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their well-established team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Vehicle Technicians looking to advance their automotive career within a secure and trusted dealership environment. Benefits:

- Basic salary of up to £38,000, depending on experience

- Potential OTE of approximately £45,000

- Service Technicians can earn up to around £35,000 plus bonus

- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm

- Rotating Saturday mornings (no more than 1 in 3)

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Repair and service vehicles to high standards

- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic checks

- Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and faults

- Complete all work in accordance with DVSA standards

- Provide excellent customer service and communication

- Maintain accurate records of work carried out

- Adhere to health and safety regulations and dealership policies

Requirements:

- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or the equivalent

- Full UK driving licence

- Own set of tools

- Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician in a busy dealership environment

- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
