The ENT department has been rehoused in a new area, offering adjacency of clinic, consultant office, secretaries and management staff, which greatly enhances the working environment. Theatres are in the same area as our related specialties, allowing ease of inter-specialty work. The paediatric work is carried out in the adjacent Children’s Hospital, with excellent ward and ICU facilities. What you will bring to the role We are looking for a dynamic individual who is able to demonstrate a high level of clinical experience, competence and commitment in Paediatric ENT. Participation in Clinical Governance and Research is an essential requirement and the applicant will be expected to take part in departmental teaching of medical students and junior doctors. The successful candidate will be able to work in multi-professional teams & supervise junior medical staff. They will have the ability to show leadership, make decisions, organise and motivate other team members for the benefit of patients. The Senior Fellow will be expected to train in and deliver elective and emergency surgery and deliver outpatient ENT clinics.
