Are you looking to make a real difference? As our Kemnal Data Protection Case Administrator, you won't just be managing paperwork,
you will be a vital part of the team to support the #oneKemnalfamily on Data Protection requests.
Why This Role Matters
In a large Multi-Academy Trust, robust data protection is essential. As the central point of contact for schools and requesters,
you will expertly navigate Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. By keeping our
processes compliant and efficient, you enable our school leaders to focus on what they do best.
What You'll Be Doing
* Taking charge of the end-to-end management of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests,
ensuring every response is handled with care and precision and confidentiality
* Championing compliance by tracking deadlines and logging requests to ensure we meet our statutory obligations
* Acting as a central hub, coordinating with schools to compile data that is accurate and professionally presented
* Proactively managing escalations and pipelines to maintain a seamless workflow and deliver high standards of service

This role is based at home with a requirement to attend a Kemnal school once a term.

* An exceptional communicator, confident in building professional relationships across the Trust
* Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for accuracy and thoroughness
* Background in administrative coordination, ideally with a basic understanding of GDPR, FOI or data management.
