Vacancy Overview -

We are seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team in South Woodford. Located in a welcoming setting, this role is

vital in supporting our educational ethos and ensuring the well-being and development of our children.

* Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to young children’s developmental needs.

* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.

* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual learning journey.

* Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery.

* Promote positive behavior and social skills among children.

* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements

* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years

* 2+ years of experience within an early years setting

* A genuine passion for teaching and child development

* A nurturing, emotionally intelligent, and proactive approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
