• About the Role : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our team and oversee the smooth running of our busy, customer-focused restaurant. This is a handson role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities and duties :
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and support frontofhouse and backofhouse teams.
• Manage staff rotas, performance, and recruitment activities.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, promotions, and business development.
