Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality in-home care to clients across the community. Duties
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
Providing medication administration and ensuring adherence to prescribed routines
Supporting with meal preparation and nutritional needs
Assisting with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
Offering companionship and emotional support, especially for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's
Managing behaviour and implementing behaviour management strategies as needed
Driving clients to appointments or social activities in a safe manner
Responding promptly to client needs and reporting any concerns or changes in condition
Supporting clients with activities of daily living in accordance with personalised care plans
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures
