An exceptional man is looking for a personal assistant, to support him to live an independent life on a day-to-day basis. As a personal assistant you will be required to provide support in a range of areas including but not limited to:

Support with going out in the community using public transport, shopping, attending activities such as art club and library, cooking and meal prepping. Provide lots of reassurance and prompts around daily routine, maintaining habitable home and managing safety around the house.

To share interests in activities such art classes, picture books and trains.

Looking for someone to be open to get to know me, to be understanding, patient and flexible. Reliable and punctual. Experience of working as a Personal assistant would be an advantage with knowledge of learning disability and autism. If you are friendly, enthusiastic, motivating, and caring and want to support someone to remain independent, this job is for you!

This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by employer) and references.

Shift Pattern:

12 hours per week to be worked flexibly over 3/4 days.
