Parts Supervisor

Main Dealer | Worthing, West Sussex

Salary: Up to £37,583 per annum (including 1 in 3 Saturdays paid at overtime rate)

Are you an experienced automotive Parts Advisor ready to take the next step, or an established Parts Supervisor looking for your next challenge? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established main dealer where you'll play a key role in leading the parts operation and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Working within a busy and professional dealership, you'll be responsible for ensuring the parts department runs efficiently, maintaining excellent stock control, supporting the workshop, and providing outstanding customer service.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8:00am - 6:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)

1 in 3 Saturdays

7:00am - 1:00pm (paid at overtime rate)

The Role

As Parts Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the parts department

• Ensure accurate stock management and inventory control

• Support the workshop with timely and accurate parts supply

• Deliver excellent customer service to retail and trade customers

• Lead, motivate and support the parts team

• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

• Maintain high standards of organisation and efficiency

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience within an automotive parts department

• Has supervisory experience or is ready to step into a leadership role

• Possesses excellent organisational and communication skills

• Is customer-focused with strong attention to detail

• Works well in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Has a positive attitude and a proactive approach
