Floating Service Advisor

Brighton Area | Main Dealer Group | Up to £35,000 Basic + £500 Monthly Bonus + Company Pool Car

Looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?

An established and successful main dealer group is seeking an experienced Floating Service Advisor to support its dealerships across the Brighton area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with different teams, meeting new people, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You'll play a key role in providing cover across multiple sites for holidays, absences, and additional business needs, making you an invaluable member of the aftersales team.

What's on Offer

• Basic salary up to £35,000

• Monthly bonus of up to £500

• Company pool car provided for travel between sites

• 22 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays

• Permanent, full-time position with a well-established main dealer group

• Excellent opportunity to broaden your experience across multiple dealerships

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

• Saturday mornings on a 1 in 4 rota (8:00am – 12:00pm)

The Role

As a Floating Service Advisor, you'll provide professional support across the group's dealerships, ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service wherever you're based. You'll manage the service journey from booking through to vehicle handover while maintaining excellent communication with both customers and the workshop.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is essential

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Well organised with the ability to adapt quickly to different dealership environments

• A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to travel between local sites

• Full UK driving licence
