This is a fully office-based role, working as part of a supportive team of 10 customer support professionals.Key Responsibilities· Answering inbound customer calls (approximately 20 calls per day)· Monitoring and triaging customer emails, ensuring enquiries are directed and resolved efficiently· Providing excellent customer support via telephone and email· Handling customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner· Resolving customer issues or escalating them to the appropriate department where necessary· Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updatesRequirements· Previous experience in a customer support or customer service role is preferred· Experience handling customer complaints is highly desirable· Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills· Good problem-solving abilities and a professional approach to customer interactions· Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment· Own transport is essential due to the location of the siteIf you're an organized and customer-focused individual looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.To apply, please visit workchain.co.uk and complete our online application form.
