Summary

a) To respect and acknowledge professionals skills and boundaries, takingopportunities to develop self-knowledge, contributing to effective team work. b) To deliver holistic care when undertaking interventions to include pressure ulcer prevention advice and care, dementia awareness, observing nutrition and hydration status, falls risks, pain awareness and applying infection control standards. c) To deliver clinical interventions delegated by registered staff, as appropriate to role and competency. d) To actively participate as a member of the multi-disciplinary team including contributing to meetings. e) To actively participate in the induction / orientation of new staff and students.
