Inspire EHC is delighted to be working with a specialist SEMH school in King's Lynn to recruit a School Administrator & Examinations Officer.
Supporting children and young people aged 5-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, this welcoming school provides a nurturing environment where every member of staff plays an important role in helping pupils succeed. As part of the administration team, you'll be at the centre of daily school life, ensuring colleagues, pupils and families receive the support they need while coordinating the school's examination processes.
Working closely with school leaders and the wider team, you'll:
- Provide efficient, professional administrative support across the school
- Manage pupil records, attendance and admissions administration
- Coordinate examination entries, timetables and invigilation arrangements
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and compliance documentation
- Support safeguarding processes and wider school procedures
- Act as a key point of contact for parents, carers, staff and external professionals
- Assist senior leaders with reports, data and operational administration
- Help ensure the school office runs efficiently every single day
- Has previous experience working within a school administration role
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Has strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and school MIS systems
- Can confidently manage multiple priorities in a busy school environment
- Communicates professionally with colleagues, families and external agencies
- Takes a proactive, positive and solution-focused approach to their work
- Understands the importance of confidentiality, safeguarding and professionalism
