Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate home care tailored to each client’s unique needs, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily routines.

Develop and follow detailed care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Use effective communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their comfort and understanding of care procedures.

Drive between client locations safely and efficiently, maintaining reliable transportation for appointments or errands.

Maintain accurate records of care provided, updates on health status, and any incidents or concerns using IT systems designed for care documentation.

Support clients in engaging with their community and participating in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.

Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including infection control protocols, to safeguard both clients and yourself.
