Our client, a well-established family-run franchise dealership in Stockton, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated and friendly team. This Vehicle Technician opportunity offers the chance to work within a trusted local business with a strong reputation for customer service and repeat business. - OTE of up to £42,000

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, with optional weekend work

Duties:

- Carry out routine vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics

- Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs to a high standard

- Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues and resolve faults

- Complete all associated documentation accurately

- Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards as a Vehicle Technician

- Guide and support junior team members when necessary

- Maintain workshop tools and equipment to a high standard

- Ensure timely completion of all assigned work

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or a relevant equivalent

- Demonstrable experience working in a main dealer or independent garage

- Full UK driving licence

- MOT licence is desirable but not essential

- Strong mechanical skills and diagnostic ability

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work

- Proactive attitude and good communication skills
