Summary

A Vacancy at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Clinical Director and Head of Radiology.

The role is a 12 month secondment in Radiology, supported by the Radiology Administrative Manager

You will work closely with the Clinical Director (CD) and Head of Radiology (HoR), providing proactive, comprehensive and efficient administrative and personal assistant support to ensure an efficient service.

The post holder will be expected to develop in-depth knowledge of the Radiology team and service, to provide detailed advice and information to Radiology teams and wider stakeholders. .

The post holder will also be required to coordinate and support the Radiology Senior Leadership team with meetings, management of action trackers and invoices and will be based at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital but expected to work across all sites as required.
