We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a successful and well-established organisation based in Manchester (M11). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career within a supportive team environment, with the potential for a permanent position following a successful temporary assignment.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will provide efficient and accurate HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a high standard of service, confidentiality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.

• Prepare contracts, offer letters and new starter documentation.

• Complete Right to Work checks, referencing and HR compliance checks.

• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.

• Support payroll changes and resolve data discrepancies.

• Coordinate inductions and probation processes.

• Assist with recruitment administration, including vacancy adverts, interview coordination and candidate communication.

• Respond to employee and manager queries, providing professional first-line HR support.

• Support HR reporting, audits and continuous improvement projects.

• Maintain HR documentation, templates and processes.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or similar role.

• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and leavers.

• Knowledge of HR systems and strong data accuracy skills.

• Experience supporting recruitment administration.

• Understanding of HR processes and UK employment compliance.

• CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable).

• Manufacturing experience (desirable).

Key Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Confident communication skills with employees and managers at all levels.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
