We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for food and a desire to grow within a supportive, development-focused environment.

As a Chef de Partie with ISS UK, you’ll work closely with an experienced team, assisting with food preparation in our kitchens and helping to deliver an exceptional service to our customers.

The Role

Prepare and serve high-quality, delicious food to consistently high standards

Meet service deadlines and ensure meals are prepared and served efficiently

Maintain excellent hygiene standards, keeping all work areas clean, organised and well presented

Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment

Work collaboratively with the wider ISS team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Assist with food preparation, cooking and service to support smooth daily operations

Manage stock levels, rotate supplies and minimise waste through effective stock control

Respond professionally to customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement

Provide support to colleagues, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive team culture

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and maintain best practice

About You

Experience working as a chef in a fast-paced catering or hospitality environment

A genuine passion for preparing and serving great-tasting, high-quality food

Strong knowledge of food hygiene, safety and kitchen best practices

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships

A motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to succeed

A supportive and positive team player who works well with others

Excellent timekeeping, reliability and a strong work ethic

Quick to learn new skills, adapt to change and use initiative

Able to remain calm under pressure while working effectively as part of a team
