The primary focus is ensuring that the SOC is delivered effectively, acting as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and vendors. They oversee service performance, manage incidents, and implement improvements to meet customer expectations and business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
• Ensuring successful ongoing delivery for customers using security centre services.

• Responding to service incidents, issues and customer communications.
• Designing, building and maintaining service management practices to deliver high level of customer satisfaction and resilience.
• Actively engaging with service improvement plans and embed ITIL practices.
• Defining, maintaining, and reporting against business targets, KPIs, and other success measures to ensure customer expectations are met.
