We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our welcoming GP training practice in Epworth. Whether you're an experienced Practice Nurse or looking to develop your skills further, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You will provide high-quality nursing care to our patient population, including:

Chronic disease management.

Cervical screening (or willingness to train).

Immunisations and vaccinations.

Wound care and dressings.

Health promotion and patient education.

NHS health checks.

Supporting GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Is a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.

Has experience in primary care, or a keen interest in developing within General Practice.

Is caring, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Has excellent communication and patient care skills.

Is enthusiastic about learning, with training provided where required.
