Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Tonbridge that are looking to appoint enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teachers to join their teams.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher eager to gain valuable Key Stage 2 experience or an experienced practitioner looking for your next opportunity, we have a variety of roles available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role

As a Year 3 Teacher, you'll play an important role in helping pupils make the transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2. You'll support children as they develop greater confidence, independence and resilience while building on the foundations established in their earlier years of learning.You'll deliver engaging and creative lessons, encourage a love of learning and create a positive classroom environment where every child feels supported to achieve their best.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Lower KS2

Can deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the curriculum

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Are committed to supporting pupil progress and development

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Bring enthusiasm, adaptability and a passion for education
