Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Tonbridge that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teachers to join their teams.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to develop your Key Stage 2 experience or an experienced practitioner seeking a fresh challenge, we have a variety of opportunities available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you'll play an important role in helping pupils strengthen their knowledge, develop independence and grow in confidence as they progress through Key Stage 2.You'll deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, create a positive and inclusive classroom environment and inspire pupils to become resilient, motivated learners. You'll also work closely with colleagues and families to support every child in achieving their full potential.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Key Stage 2

Can deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire learners

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Are committed to supporting pupil progress and achievement

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a passion for teaching
