Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Margate that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teachers to join their teams.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to build your experience within Upper Key Stage 2 or an experienced practitioner seeking your next teaching opportunity, we have a variety of roles available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role

As a Year 5 Teacher, you'll play an important role in preparing pupils for the final stages of primary education. You'll help children develop confidence, independence and resilience while building the academic skills needed to succeed in Year 6 and beyond.You'll deliver engaging and challenging lessons, support pupils' progress across the curriculum and create a positive classroom environment where every child feels encouraged to achieve their full potential.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Key Stage 2

Can plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge learners

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Are committed to supporting pupil progress and attainment

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a passion for education
