Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Margate that are seeking enthusiastic and committed Year 3 teachers to join their teams.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to build your experience in Key Stage 2 or an experienced practitioner searching for a new opportunity, we have a range of roles available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role

As a Year 3 Teacher, you'll play an important role in supporting pupils as they make the transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2. You'll help children develop greater independence, resilience and confidence while building on the foundations established in their earlier years of learning.You'll create engaging and inclusive learning experiences, deliver high-quality lessons across the curriculum and support pupils as they continue their academic, social and emotional development.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Lower KS2

Can deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire learners

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Are committed to supporting pupil progress and achievement

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Bring enthusiasm, creativity and a passion for teaching to the classroom
