Summary

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for ASSEMBLY OPERATIVES

to work in the manufacture of high-quality composite doors

Brigg

£13.75 per hour (Weekly Pay)

Rotating Shifts (Weekly Rotation Required)

Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - Midnight (Fridays OFF)

✅ Roles Available:

Assembly Operatives

CNC Operators

Warehouse Operatives

Duties Include:

Assembly of composite doors (e.g. fitting handles, building door frames)

Quality checking finished products

Working in production and CNC areas (heavy lifting involved, especially in CNC)

Preparing doors for dispatch within the warehouse

Using handheld scanners in all roles

✅ Counterbalance forklift licence is advantageous for warehouse roles

What We're Looking For:

Enthusiastic and reliable individuals

Keen to work in a hands-on role

Willingness to learn ✅ Full training provided - no experience needed!
