The Role

As a Site Labourer, you'll be an essential part of the operation, helping to keep production areas running efficiently and maintaining a safe, organised workplace.

You'll play a vital role in supporting manufacturing teams, moving materials and finished goods, and ensuring high standards are maintained across the site.

⏰ Working Hours

Monday to Thursday

Enjoy a regular three-day weekend as standard!

⚠️ To support future business growth, there may be a transition to rotating morning and afternoon/evening shifts, so flexibility is important.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining housekeeping and site cleanliness standards

Managing waste disposal and recycling processes

Ensuring waste is correctly segregated

Supplying production areas with materials and equipment

Moving finished products safely to despatch

Preparing pallets and products for shipment

Supporting manufacturing teams with a variety of site duties

Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the facility

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong work ethic and reliability

Previous warehouse, labouring, manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential

Good understanding of health and safety procedures

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties

Team player with a proactive approach

Ability to work independently when required
