Your Responsibilities

Prompt or administer medication in line with company policies and training.
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.
Assist with household tasks, shopping, and attending appointments.
Encourage independence while respecting each person's choices, dignity, and privacy.
Accurately maintain care records and report any concerns to the management team.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
