The Role:
The Markets Team is a small team of 15, who work closely to deliver the Market Offer at 4 indoor locations and 3 outdoor locations across the city.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the Health and Safety of the market halls in line with legislation
· Manage the legal compliance around the Charter and licencing requirements of traders
· Assist with budget management across the markets estate
· Manage the occupancy rates in line with SOTCC targets
· Ensure delivery of market standards
