Summary
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to shape clear, accessible and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile products.
You will work with users, clients, product teams and developers to understand business objectives and turn them into practical design solutions. The role covers the full design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, interface design and usability testing.
You will be expected to balance user needs with commercial and technical requirements, ensuring that designs are visually consistent, easy to navigate and suitable for a wide range of users. You will also help maintain design systems, review implemented interfaces and support the continuous improvement of existing products.
Responsibilities
Gather and assess user, business and technical requirements for digital products.
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, workshops and usability testing.
Create user personas, journey maps, task flows and information architecture.
Produce sketches, wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications and other digital platforms.
Ensure layouts, navigation and interactions are clear, consistent and responsive across different devices.
Apply accessibility principles when designing digital products and user journeys.
Develop and maintain reusable design components, style guides and design systems.
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers and other stakeholders.
Present design concepts and explain the reasoning behind proposed solutions.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and refine designs where appropriate.
Plan and carry out usability tests to identify barriers and areas for improvement.
Review implemented designs and work with developers to resolve visual or usability issues.
Use research findings, user feedback and product data to improve existing experiences.
Keep design documentation, prototypes and component libraries accurate and up to date.
Stay informed about developments in digital design, accessibility and user-experience practices.
