Summary
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support residents with all aspects of daily living, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a caring, respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Support mobility and the use of mobility aids
Help serve and support at mealtimes, including feeding assistance
Report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
Assist with admission/discharge and maintain resident rooms
Support social interaction and activities
Complete documentation and adhere to care plans
Administer medication (if trained and authorised)
