Client HostLocation: Central LondonSalary: £15.82/hourHours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday between 8:00am - 6:00pm (shift pattern)Reporting to: Head of Customer and Colleague ExperienceThe RoleWe are looking for a Client Host who delivers the warmth, professionalism and attention to detail typically found in five-star hospitality.
Based in the broker's lounge of a prestigious corporate workplace, you will be responsible for creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring every visitor and client experiences a seamless, welcoming environment.
This is more than reception - it is a hospitality-led role where service, presentation and attention to detail matter.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver warm, professional welcomes to all visitors and colleagues
-Manage visitor and client check-ins and ensure smooth arrivals and departures
-Administrative tasks such as processing expenses and updating documents
-Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces to required layouts
-Maintain high presentation standards across reception and meeting areas
-Proactively support the wider workplace and facilities teams

-Experience in customer service, hospitality or corporate reception
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail
-A proactive “how can I help?” approach to service
