Be the Heart of the Workplace
-Take ownership of reception, lobby, and client-facing areas, ensuring they remain welcoming, organised, and professional at all times.
-Manage visitor arrivals and departures, access control, and queue management with confidence and efficiency.
-Maintain a visible presence and act as a trusted point of contact for workplace and guest enquiries.
Provide Concierge Services
-Arrange taxis, private transport, restaurant reservations, hotel bookings, and entertainment experiences.
-Share local knowledge and recommendations to help visitors make the most of their time both on and off site.
-Solve problems proactively and deliver personalised solutions that enhance the guest experience.
Support a Collaborative Team Culture
-Work closely with colleagues across the Guest Services team to ensure seamless service delivery.
-Demonstrate flexibility by supporting different service areas when required.
