Summary

We are pleased to advertise a Vehicle Technician position on behalf of our client, a reputable Main Dealer in Hull, East Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking a role within a well-established franchise.

Benefits:

- Basic salary up to £35,000, dependent on experience

- OTE (£46,000) with bonus earnings and overtime opportunities

- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Repair and service vehicles to manufacturer standards

- Conduct diagnostic checks and identify faults

- Liaise with service advisors, customers, and management to ensure high standards of customer service

- Complete inspections for wear and tear or general faults

- Perform all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair

- Adhere to DVSA standards during inspections and repairs

- Contribute to a professional and efficient workshop environment

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in Automotive

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician

- Full UK driving licence

- Own set of tools

- MOT licence desirable but not essential
