Summary

Lead the delivery of sexual health strategies locally Co-ordinate multi-agency sexual health partnerships across health, local authority and voluntary sector organisations in order to build capacity across partners to deliver high-quality, evidence-based sexual health interventions . Support commissioning, mobilisation and contract monitoring arrangements for Public Health contracts with implementation of population health needs assessment findings, epidemiological analysis and interpretation of evidence and data in relation to sexual health . Work closely with relevant department colleagues to support future commissioning planning. Identify priority populations and inequalities and develop targeted approaches to improve sexual health outcomes working across LBB and the system; ensuring under-served and high-need groups are actively engaged in shaping sexual health services and interventions Develop evidenced based service specifications and provide public health expertise in identifying gaps in the current provision of programmes and plan appropriate innovative improvements if needed. Undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the post, as required to ensure the efficient and effective running of the organisation.
